Fintara operates and manages the ONEBNPL digital platform and partner merchant ecosystem. Through this ecosystem, partner Banks and Financial Institutions independently offer EMI financing services directly to their own customers, based on their internal policies, credit evaluation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
All financial products, approval decisions, terms, and conditions are solely determined by the respective partner Banks and Financial Institutions.
Fintara and the ONEBNPL platform act only as a technology enabler and ecosystem facilitator connecting banks, merchants, and customers.
All financial transactions, including authorizations, settlements, EMI conversions, and payment processing, are securely executed through the respective bank's systems. Fintara does not store, process, or have access to any sensitive banking credentials such as card numbers, CVV, PIN, or OTP.
Use of the ONEBNPL platform signifies acknowledgment that Fintara is not liable for any financial decisions, service issues, disputes, delays, rejections, or actions taken by partner banks or merchants.
